In 2020, during the first COVID lockdown, a major property event was suddenly cancelled. I picked up the phone, gathered some of the industry’s top speakers, and said, “Let’s do this online. People need guidance right now.”
When I left my job at Cadbury’s to go full-time in property, I quickly realized something — it’s a lonely path if the people around you don’t understand what you’re doing. My friends were still working 9-to-5s. My family didn’t understand the property world. I needed a community of people who “got it.”
That’s why I founded the Property Investors Network (PIN) — the first UK-wide network specifically for property investors. What started as a small meetup is now a thriving network with meetings across the UK and even in the Netherlands.
